Winter Warriors Info
Winter Warriors is a running club that encourages Clay students to keep in shape during the winter. The 2019 club meets Tuesdays and Thursdays after school until 4:30 from January 15-March 7 with one week off between Winter Warriors and track season. After changing in the bathroom, meet in my room (806) by 3:20. Please pick up in the east parking lot by Door 4 (the gym entrance) by 4:45.
Be prepared to run outside every day. If wind chill or sidewalk conditions require, we will run inside, but the plan will be to get outside if we can. Bring layers, hat/ear band, and gloves. We'll also get in core work before running typically 3-5 miles. ------------------------------------------ You MUST have the proper paperwork on file to participate (physical, consent, and concussion forms -- all available here). Because Winter Warriors is a club, you do not need to let me know if you can't come. Join us when you are able, but if you have a conflict, that's okay! |
